This fine art print is based on my original gouache painting capturing one of the most enchanting fungi ever documented, Coprinopsis pulchricaerulea. These luminous blue mushrooms completely captivated me.

I love their delicate shapes and the almost candy like glow of this species.

The original painting was created in 2025 using gouache on watercolor paper in the size 21 × 29.7 cm. I titled the artwork Sweets in the Forest because these fungi appear both otherworldly and deeply rooted in nature, like small jewels hidden in the undergrowth.

Each print is made on premium Japanese matte paper chosen for its elegant texture and exceptional color fidelity. The result is a print that feels remarkably close to the original artwork and brings a gentle touch of nature into any space.
