• Returns: Each product is printed on demand after your purchase, which means returns are not possible by default. However, if you’re truly unhappy with your order, please contact me at info@kinsukira.com and I’ll do my best to help.
• Canceling an order: Once your purchase is completed, it’s automatically sent to the printing center, so canceling your order is unfortunately almost impossible.
• Missing / Damaged / Printing defects: If your order arrives missing, damaged, or with a printing defect, please email info@kinsukira.com with your order number and clear photos within 14 days of delivery. I’ll make sure to find the best possible solution for you.
